FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-15-03 for all Pratt & Whitney PW1519Gs, PW1521Gs, PW1521G-3s, PW1521GAs, PW1524Gs, PW1524G-3s, PW1525Gs, PW1525G-3s, PW1919Gs, PW1921Gs, PW1922Gs, PW1923Gs and PW1923G-As, requiring repetitive borescope inspections of certain low pressure compressor rotor 1s until replacement of electronic engine control full authority digital electronic control software with updated software; a borescope inspection after installation of the updated software if certain onboard maintenance message fault codes are displayed and meet specified criteria; and, depending on the results of the inspection, replacement of the rotors, plus other actions, effective Aug. 19, 2022.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-14-06 for all Airbus A300-600s, revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective Aug. 19, 2022.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-15-04 for certain CFM LEAP-1As, requiring inspection of the stage 2 high-pressure turbine nozzle assembly honeycomb and stator stationary seal honeycomb, and, depending on results, replacement of the nozzle assembly honeycomb, stator stationary seal, rotor inter-stage seal and rotor stage 2 disk, effective Aug. 4, 2022.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-15-01 for certain Boeing 787-8s, -9s and -10s, requiring inspecting certain vertical fin tension bolt holes, reviewing the bolt sealant application installation procedure in the existing maintenance or inspection program, checking maintenance records to determine the replacement status of vertical fin tension bolts and doing applicable on-condition actions, effective Aug. 25, 2022.
