Matthew is the Senior Program Analyst at Aviation Week’s Intelligence and Data Services (IDS). Matthew previously served as a Defense Analyst covering the Asia-Pacific region for IDS. He earned his MA in Security Policy Studies from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs in 2018.
