Lufthansa Group is reassigning some of its airlines’ top executives as the company sets up a groupwide taskforce to improve customer satisfaction.

SWISS operates some of the oldest Airbus A220-100s, which were delivered to the carrier as former Bombardier CS100s from 2016 onward.
