Malaysian Aviation Commission

Cathay Pacific and Malaysia Airlines' plan to operate on a metal-neutral basis between Hong Kong and Malaysia has been dropped amid regulatory scrutiny.

Traffic rights have been awarded for new services to destinations including Tashkent and Almaty.

The carrier plans to serve an initial three domestic destinations from Kuala Lumpur.
