The service is creating a replicated threat in a degraded and denied environment, Brig. Gen. Walter Rugen, Future Vertical Lift cross functional team director, told Aerospace DAILY July 16 at Ft. Myer in Arlington, Virginia.
“[The] Chandrayaan-2 launch, which was called off due to a technical snag on July 15, 2019, is now rescheduled at 2:43 pm IST (local time) on Monday, July 22,” according to a senior official at the state-run Indian Space Research Organization.
