Dublin-based Emerald Airlines has confirmed plans to open a base at George Best Belfast City (BHD) in Northern Ireland and launch routes to six destinations in England and Scotland.
Emerald Airlines will operate services as Aer Lingus Regional from March 17, 2022, using leased ATR 72-600 aircraft, taking over many of the routes previously served by Stobart Air before its demise.
