Boeing inked its first deal for its landing gear exchange program with CanJet. The agreement covers the carrier's Boeing 737-800 fleet.

Alenia North America delivered a modified ATR 72 with a large cargo door provision for First Air. The modification also can be performed on the ATR 42 and replaces the standard forward door with a top-hinged, hydraulically operated door.

AFI KLM E&M won a contract from TAB Airlines in Bolivia for a spare lease engine as well as an engine shop visit for its DC-10 freighter. The MRO signed another contract with National Airlines for GE CF6-80C2 engine maintenance for the cargo carrier's fleet of Boeing 747-400Fs. The agreement also includes engine leasing.
