NBAA Ponders Professional Certification

The NBAA is polling members about a proposed ``professional certification'' program for corporate aviation managers. If adopted, the voluntary program would ``grant recognition to individuals who meet predetermined qualifications by an independent, non-governmental entity,'' the trade group says...
