FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-05-09 for certain MARS emergency parachutes, requiring removing emergency parachutes with certain manufacture dates or serial numbers from service, effective March 14, 2022.

FAA has issued corrected airworthiness directive 2022-02-03 for CFM56-3s and CFM56-7Bs with certain accessory gearbox assembly not equipped with a dynamic oil seal assembly in the hand-cranking pad, which required independent inspections of hand-cranking pad cover, correcting part numbers in paragraph (i)(2)(i), effective March 22, 2022.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-04-09 for certain AVOX System oxygen cylinder and valve assemblies, and oxygen valve assemblies, requiring an inspection of the oxygen valve assemblies and oxygen cylinder and valve assemblies to determine the serial number of the valve, cylinder and entire assembly; and, for assemblies and parts with certain serial numbers, a detailed inspection for correct spacing of the gap between the bottom of the packing retainer and top of the valve body on the assemblies; and replacement of assemblies having unacceptable gaps, effective April 4, 2022.

Transport Canada has issued airworthiness directive CF-2022-06 for MHI RJ regional jets, requiring cleaning and flushing the crew oxygen system, effective March 14, 2022.
