EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-0004 for Airbus A350-1041s and -941s, amending time limits and maintenance checks for damage tolerant airworthiness limitation items, part 2, effective Jan. 20, 2023.

EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 23-001 for Airbus A380-841s, -842s and -861s, requiring inspection of fuselage frame 67 belly fairing joints, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-25-01 for all Boeing 707s and 727s, requiring, for 707s repetitive detailed inspections of the center wing box lower skin for cracking and repetitive high frequency eddy current and ultrasonic inspections of the rear spar lower chord at a certain position for cracking, repetitive sealant application and repair if necessary; and, for 727s, repetitive detailed inspections of the center wing box, lower skin, and rear spar lower chord at a certain location for cracking, repetitive sealant application and repair if necessary, effective Feb. 16, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-27-06 for certain Embraer ERJ 190-100 STDs, -100 LRs, -100 ECJs, -100 IGWs, -200 STDs, -200 LRs and -200 IGWs, requiring installing updated Primus EPIC software, effective Feb. 16, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2020-25-03R1, removing airworthiness directive 2020-25-03, which applied to all Airbus A320-family aircraft and required repetitive checks of the pressure gauges to determine the amount of pressure on the inflation reservoir of each emergency escape slide and raft because the unsafe condition no longer exists, effective Jan. 12, 2023.
FAA has issued safety alert for operators 23001, regarding potential damage to nose landing gear by improper towing procedures of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries RJ 100s, 440s, 700s, 701s, 702s and 900s.
