EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2022-0120R2 for the Airbus A320 family, requiring inspection and repair of 80VU rack attachments, effective Aug. 4, 2023.
EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 23-089 for Rolls-Royce Deutschland Trent 1000s, requiring lock-out and deactivation of modulated air system control valves, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.
EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-0157 for Airbus A350-1041s and -941s, amending time limits and maintenance checks for airworthiness limitations section part 4, system equipment maintenance requirements, effective Aug. 14, 2023.
EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 23-091 for Airbus A330-841s and -941s, requiring inspection of engine fire extinguishing pipes, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.
EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-0158 for Airbus A330s and A340s, requiring replacement of auxiliary power unit scroll housing assembly, effective Aug. 16, 2023.
EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-0281R1 for Airbus A330s, setting maintenance tasks for engine bleed air system and amending aircraft flight manual for engine bleed air system, effective Aug. 10, 2023.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-12 for all Boeing 737s, 757s and 767s, requiring repetitively replacing certain aging chemical oxygen generators with serviceable parts and limiting the installation of these parts, effective Sept. 5, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-02 for certain Embraer ERJ 170s, requiring inspection of certain flight control electrical harnesses for incorrect routing and modifying any incorrect electrical harness installations, effective Sept. 5, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-03 for the Airbus A320 family, requiring a one-time cleaning and lubrication of the external door handle mechanism of certain doors and limiting the installation of certain parts, effective Sept. 5, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-14-04 for all Fokker F28 Mark 0070s and 0100s, revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective Aug. 15, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-11 for certain AVOX Systems oxygen cylinder and valve assemblies and oxygen valve assemblies, requiring inspection of the oxygen valve assemblies and oxygen cylinder and valve assemblies to determine the serial number of the valve, cylinder and entire assembly; and, for certain assemblies and parts, a detailed inspection for correct spacing of the gap between the bottom of the packing retainer and top of the valve body on the assemblies and replacement of assemblies having unacceptable gaps; plus, limiting installation of affected parts under certain conditions, reporting inspection results and returning certain assemblies to the manufacturer, effective Sept. 5, 2023.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-09 for all Boeing 767s, requiring repetitive inspections for immersion of each limit switch and position transmitter module and of the module’s electrical wiring; repetitive inspections for blockage of drain holes and cleaning of each drain hole; repetitive inspections for loose or cracked leveling compound and applicable on-condition actions; plus, for certain airplanes, installing two new drain holes; performing repetitive inspections for blockage of the drain holes; cleaning each drain hole; and applicable on-condition actions, effective Aug. 24, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-10 for certain Airbus A320-famiy aircraft, revising the maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective Sept. 5, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-13-13 for all Airbus A350-941s and -1041s, requiring replacing certain aluminum pipes with titanium pipes, effective Sept. 5, 2023.
FAA has issued special airworthiness information bulletin 2023-08, recommending installation of safety- enhancing features such as airbags and shoulder harnesses for certain seating positions with large setbacks that can allow an occupant to freely flail forward in an accident.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-14-03 for all Boeing 747-8Fs and-8s, requiring detailed inspections of the stringers—common to the end fittings, forward and aft of the bulkhead at a certain station—for cracking and applicable on-condition actions, effective Sept. 6, 2023.
FAA has issued unapproved parts notification 2023-AAE-EHL-20221214-460 for Rockwell Collins traffic collision avoidance system transmitters and receivers part number 822-1293-XXX (TTR-921) that are being sold by Aviation Parts of Moscow, Russia, with counterfeit identification plates and subsequently distributed by various brokers in the U.S.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-14-09 for certain Airbus A350-941s and -1041s, requiring a modification to restore two independent layers of lightning strike protection, effective Sept. 7, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-15-02 for certain ERJ 190-300s and -400s, requiring inspection of the left-hand and right-hand main landing gear side stay upper spindle assembly attachments, and corrective actions if necessary, effective Aug. 18, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-15-04 for all Embraer ERJ 190-300s and -400s, revising the limitations section of the existing airplane flight manual to incorporate minimum operating speeds during flight at moderate or severe turbulence conditions, effective Aug. 18, 2023.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2023-14-10 for certain Ipeco Holdings Limited pilot and co-pilot seats, requiring modification and re-identification of the affected seats, initial and repetitive inspections of the certain track lock springs and, depending on the findings, replacement of the track lock springs with a part eligible for installation; it also adds a mandatory terminating action for the initial and repetitive inspections of the track lock springs, effective Sept. 7, 2023.

Transport Canada has issued airworthiness directive CF-2023-57 for Airbus Canada A220-300s, requiring replacement and relocation of the wardrobe personal locator beacon, effective Aug. 8, 2023.
Transport Canada has issued airworthiness directive CF-2023-58 for Airbus Canada A220-100s and -300s, requiring inspection and repair of fire extinguishing lines and replacement of fasteners in the fuselage, effective Aug. 8, 2023.
