The Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia is consulting on changes to aircraft weight and balance requirements currently captured in Civil Aviation Order 100.7. CASA is proposing to extend calibration requirement to two years or the period recommended by the manufacturer, whichever is shorter, potentially reducing regulatory burdens. Commenters have until April 19, 2018.
