Q: What is top of your priority list for the next 12 months?

"Our growth requires strict focus on sustainable processes. We have to look for solutions with our maintenance partners in Easter Europe for their qualified workforce shortage. If this is not addressed jointly, maintenance itself become unpredictable."

Q: What new technology/solutions are you excited about that might reform/evolve your current practices?

"We are very excited about our DFP (Delta Flight Products) division…this very experienced engineering group is working on some quite new wireless IFE products along with continuing to enhance our prognostics coverage."
