Magnetic MRO has announced a rebrand of its business and introduced a new company structure.

The Tallinn, Estonia-based company says its future activities will be consolidated under a holding company named Magnetic Group. Under the Magnetic Group structure, the business will operate four different divisions.

These include Magnetic Maintenance, the company’s labor-intensive business focusing on line, base and engine maintenance, which includes the Magnetic MRO, Magnetic Engines and Direct Maintenance businesses.

Also newly formed is Magnetic Creative, which will focus on design and manufacturing; Magnetic Assets, centered on loaning, trading and leasing of assets, which will oversee the Magnetic Leasing business Magnetic MRO launched in 2020; and Magnetic Talents, which will oversee industry-wide engineering and training needs.

Risto Maeots, CEO of Magnetic Group, says the change in the business’s structure will enable it to diversify “business activities with more distinct boundaries…”
