I am only the piano player

The airlines of the world have tried very hard to keep passengers occupied while flying long distances. One of my favorite pictures is this onboard piano bar. I don't know which airline this is or when. Please let me know if you do! 

I am certain this form of entertainment didn't last long at 35,000 ft. as the safety of people staying belted in their seats is a priority. But the idea looked inviting before we had the internet to occupy our time.
