ROLLS-ROYCE agreed to sell its 23.1% stake in AIRTANKER HOLDINGS (air-to-air refueling with 14 A330-200s) to Equitix Investment Management for cash proceeds of £189m. AirTanker Holdings is also owned by Airbus, Babcock, and Thales.
