Jetcraft, a London-based business aircraft sales and acquisitions company, has partnered with Azzera, a carbon offsetting and compliance provider, to become carbon neutral, it says.
Jetcraft has removed 3,596 tons of greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere through its partnership with Azzera, matching 100% of its emissions, the company says.
To that end, the company has invested in a variety of projects, including forest conservation projects in North Carolina and Papua New Guinea and wind power supplies in South Africa.
“It’s important to us and our clients that Jetcraft has a solid response to our environmental challenges,” says Peter Antonenko, Jetcraft president. “With Azzera, we’ve gone beyond words and delivered a scheme that achieves total verified carbon neutrality across everything we do.”
Jetcraft’s carbon emissions have been certified and verified by a third-party audit, it says.
