Jetcraft has acquired Corporate Fleet Services, otherwise known as CFS Jets, an aviation brokerage firm that specializes in the turboprop and the light and midsize business jet markets.

Jetcraft, in business for more than 60 years, conducts business aircraft transactions focused for super-midsize, large and ultra-long-range business jets.

The acquisition complements and diversifies Jetcraft’s business, the company says.

“This strategic alliance represents a significant milestone for Jetcraft while also bringing additional benefits to our clients,” says Peter Antonenko, Jetcraft president. “Together with CFS Jets, we now offer nearly a century of experience, more than 100 dedicated global advisors and the largest number of exclusive jet listings.”

The two companies will continue to operate individually for now.

Editor's Note: This story has been corrected. Jetcraft has been in business 60 years.
