Omaha, Nebraska-based charter and aircraft management company UltraAir has been acquired by Four Corners Aviation.
UltraAir’s fleet of four Bombardier Learjet 45s and one Falcon 7X will be operationally folded into Four Corners Aviation. The company will retain a corporate presence, including a fleet of aircraft, in Omaha.
“This transaction will provide limitless opportunities for our employees and ensures that our customers will continue to receive ‘a flight above the rest’ for many years to come,” UltraAir CEO Scott Robertson says.
Furthermore, Four Corners Aviation CEO, Brian Proctor, said “as we continue to grow all segments of our business, this acquisition helps us scale up our operation.” Four Corners currently offers jet card solutions, aircraft management, and a program called Freedm.
The acquisition comes as UltraAir marks its 20th year in business.
Four Corners Aviation was launched in October 2021, through a newly-formed partnership between Mente Group and Aquila Aviation Ventures that occurred earlier that year. Mente Group, a business aircraft brokerage and consultancy firm, and Four Corners Aviation are both holdings of Aquila Aviation Ventures.
