South Korea has publicly test fired a version of its Hyunmu 2 tactical ballistic missile, revealing a version with a longer first stage than previously shown, while one news service says the weapon can fly farther than earlier revealed.
Chinese flight delays are worsening. Only 68.4% of scheduled flights were on time last year—the third straight year of declining performance—demonstrating that palliatives, such as opening temporary airways, are not coping with industry growth.
Meanwhile, Chinese airlines operated 9% more flights last year than in 2013, foreign carriers’ operations in China grew only 6.6%, the CAAC said in a report.
