Condor’s new Airbus A330neo, freshly painted in the green color “Island” in the airline’s new identity, will fly for the first time this fall with the new cabin. The A330neo is known as a 2-liter aircraft and is the first aircraft to be certified for the regulatory reduction in CO2 emissions that will not apply until 2028. The 2-litre aircraft means the A330neo consumes just 2.1 liters per passenger per 100 kilometers—well below the industry average.

The Economy Class has a seat pitch of 76 cm (30 in.). This is supported by hand luggage compartments that are 66% larger, 4-way adjustable headrests and 8.5-degree tilting backrests.

In addition to a USB A/C connection and socket for each Economy Class seat, there is also a separate holder for mobile devices. Passengers can listen to the latest generation of IFE on either onboard headphones or their own wireless headphones via the Bluetooth function and watch it on a 13.3-in. in-seat 4K monitor.

The Condor A330neo’s Premium Economy Class has a seat pitch of 89 cm (35 in.). Each seat has an adjustable footrest and the six-way adjustable headrest. Guests can lean back at an angle of up to 12 degrees in the backrest fitted with memory foam.

Premium Economy Class also offers a holder for mobile devices, the new USB A/C connections and the Bluetooth function that enables passengers to use their own wireless headphones, with a 13.3-inch in-seat 4K monitor.

Each Business Class seat provides direct access to the aisle so passengers can indulge in the new 180-degree marvel seat with more privacy. The seat can also be transformed into a 199 cm- (78-in.)-long dream at the touch of a button.

Business class seats have a six-way adjustable headrest and an abundance of multimedia IFE content. Also available are noise-canceling headphones or the guest’s wireless Bluetooth headphones. 4K monitors are 17.3-in. via touch screen or remote control. Other connection options include USB A/C and sockets, a small cocktail table and large storage area for hand luggage.

German leisure carrier Condor Airlines will launch its Airbus A330neo this fall/winter on long-haul routes. The aircraft will feature a three-class configuration: A total of 310 seats will be available, 30 for Business Class, 64 for Premium Economy Class and 216 for Economy Class. Guests will experience the new cabin for the first time in fall 2022, when approximately one A330neo will join the fleet per month, replacing the current Boeing 767 long-haul fleet. First destinations include the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Seattle, Washington.
