Airline meeting diaries for World Routes are filling up fast so be sure to request your meetings now to ensure you meet with your top targets!
With a little over 7 weeks to go until the event opens in Chicago, many diaries are already full so request your meetings now to ensure you don’t miss out.
World Routes will take place on 20-23 September, co hosted by the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) and Choose Chicago. It will bring together over 3000 delegates from airports, airlines, tourism authorities, civil aviation authorities and other industry stakeholders from across the world to discuss air service development globally.
There are just 5 weeks left to submit your meetings requests before scheduling closes on Friday 5th September. It is recommended that delegates make their requests as soon as possible to ensure they don’t miss the opportunity to meet with their target airlines. World Routes attracts the most senior representatives from a wide variety of organisations who wish to meet, plan and conduct business for new global routes, and over 4000 meetings have already been scheduled for this year’s event.
Delegates should log into their Routesonline profile and use the online Meeting Requests System to make meeting requests with other attendees. The website allows airports, airlines, tourism authority delegates and anyone else with an entitlement of pre-arranged meetings to log-in and submit their requests online. This means that City Pair (airport to airport) requests are also now available online in addition to the online requesting feature for airlines.
Meeting requests can be submitted and amended at any time until Friday 5th September when scheduling closes. To begin requesting meetings delegates should follow the below steps:
- Register or Log-In to your free personal networking profile
- Enter your PRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected World Routes on the slider
- Click ‘Submit PRC’ and you will be directed to your meeting request page.
New for this year, we have created a step- by-step guide of the scheduling process on our website. This will make the meeting request process as easy as possible for delegates.
