Scheduling dates for 2016 events released

Our pre-scheduled face-to-face meetings form the core of all Routes events and are facilitated by our online meeting request system and responsive scheduling team. Ensure you note these key dates in your calendar so you don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet with your key partners.

The first of the 2016 regional events, Routes Americas, will take place from 17 - 19 February in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The event, which will be in its 9th year, gathers the most senior decision makers from some of the leading carriers from North, Central and Latin America to shape the future of route development across the region. Scheduling for Routes Americas opens on Monday 4 January.

Routes Americas 2016 is your opportunity to meet with some of the most influential aviation professionals from across the Americas region in San Juan, Puerto Rico.


Following Routes Americas, scheduling for the 12th Routes Asia will open on Monday 18 January. Routes Asia will take place from 6 - 8 March in Manila, Philippines sponsored by the Philippine Department of Tourism with over 2,000 meetings expected to take place on site.

Routes Europe will head to Kraków from 23 - 26 April and 2016 will be the first year that the event has featured a Saturday Reception, offering delegates further opportunities to network. In addition, there will be an extended Strategy Summit programme offering fresh insights and topical debate from leading industry experts. With over 5,000 pre-arranged meetings expected to take place on site, ensure you make your requests as early as possible when scheduling opens on Monday 22 February.

2016 will see our flagship event, World Routes, return to China when it takes place in Chengdu from 24 - 27 September. The largest of the Routes events will see over 13,000 meetings take place on site, along with three days of content, Route Exchange Briefings, countless exhibitors and industry renowned social functions.
